        Ive had better. Really no rub on it and no smoke flavor and/or smell. Its moist, not dry, so Ill give them that. Their sauce is more sweet than anything. Nothing to write home about. Definitely not worth the price we paid!

        Always great food but waiting in line in the rain to order to explain what I want, then be told "just scan this QR code to order, it's for convenience." is a bit much. That's not convenience. Convenience would be walking up to the window and being able to place an order but having the OPTION to order online if needed. There's no signage saying orders have to be placed online. You have to wait in line to figure that out...

      Oak wood is definitely a more settle smoke than others. Moist means we know how to cook it. I prefer no sauce on my bbq however the sauces are house made and I hope you were able to enjoy them.

      Hey brother, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the feedback.I'm assuming this was at our Smash Burger cart. I will definitely put better signage up clarifying QR codes. They are meant to be an option for your convenience to avoid a wait in line, but you can absolutely order at the window as well. Please consider trying us again, would love to comp you a burger!
