Caroline Stutesman, Broker

Caroline is the best realtor one can ask for. We were so lucky and stumbled across her as she was everything anyone could ask for in a buyers realtor. This was my first time buying a home (it was a nice one!) at the age of 41 and I was skeptical and obviously new to the process. From start to finish I felt like Caroline was looking out for us though. She encouraged us to look at a lot of places (we looked at 8) and would share with us what she didnt like about each place (we loved that!!! She would even point stuff out to us). She communicated very well and was surprisingly available. Shes all one could ask for, and shes a fun and cool person, too!

This is the second house I bought, 4th realtor I've had interactions with, and I cannot say enough amazing things about her. She is perfect. I would recommend her to the extent of marketing for her for free whenever and wherever possible. She is patient, professional, personal - perfect. If you're in the Eugene area and are browsing houses, you absolutely will not regret contacting Caroline.
