My husband ad I worked with Katie recently on selling our house and buying a new one. I can honestly tell you that if I would have hired any other realtor, I would NOT be sitting in my dream house writing this review right now. My husband really wanted to find a bigger house and I wasn't completely on board with how crazy the market is right now. Katie is super responsive, super professional, very well educated on what happening within the market and has so many contacts. I found our house on zillow at 9 o clock on a Friday night and texted Katie that I wanted to go to the open house that Saturday and I would love for her to accompany us because I was fairly certain if it was as nice as it seemed I wanted to make an offer ASAP. Katie wiped her calendar, we went to the open house, had an accepted offer that Sunday night and listed our house Monday morning. We were so thrilled, until the sellers bumped us and we had 12 hours to sell our house or lose the home of our dreams! The next day, Katie had 6 showings lined up and we had two offers! Long story short, Katie went to bat for us big time and saved our deal. If you are in the market for an agent, don't pass up Katie. If you need someone in your corner, there is nobody better!
