Deniz Dunson is an amazing real estate agent. Between her eye for detail, her tremendous energy and generosity of time, her calming influence at what felt like a very emotional time for us as both buyers and then sellers, her good humor and easy going nature, we knew we were in good hands. She not only has great fluency in the technical aspects of all the necessary paperwork that goes along with any real estate deal, she also uses technology to create the extra niceties that surprise and delight. She patiently guided us through the preparations for the photography and wrote up a lively listing as well. Deniz clearly loves what she does. We cannot say enough good things about Denis Dunson and we highly recommend her as both a buying and a selling agent.

Deniz was very pro-active, responsive, and organized. It made the process of buying a house very effortless on our part. Things would move very quickly without prompting from us and helped ensure we were getting through the process efficiently. Buying a home is stressful work, so it helped to have a realtor who was already prepping for next steps and keeping our interests high in priority. She was also able to help coordinate contractors for us very quickly.

Deniz Dunson at Hybrid definitely went above and beyond to find, coordinate, and negotiate a home purchase that worked for my (pretty restricted) budget and timeline. I was very impressed with how she was able to get contractors together within a very short time frame to inspect everything from plumbing to electrical to HVAC systems to roofing. Communication was great, and she had an excellent attitude and sense of humor throughout. Would highly recommend.

Deniz helped me buy the perfect home for me and my family. There were many factors that made finding the right place difficult. The market was in transition; prices were high and selection low. Additionally, I was going through a difficult time in my life, which made looking at places and finding the right property more challenging. Throughout the process I knew that Deniz had my back. She's not only extremely knowledgeable and 110 percent trustworthy, but outgoing, friendly and open to seeing any property I was interested in. Deniz always stayed in touch and kept me up to date on how the market was trending and, once I made an offer, was proactive throughout the entire closing process. If I ever had a question or concern Deniz was just a text away and was easy to contact outside normal business hours. Deniz made many calls, on my behalf, to get contractors on site for estimates on repairs during negotiations and did some impressive scheduling during a tight timeline. Deniz is patient, caring and invested in her clients. On top of that, she is also kind, intuitive and discerning. I cannot say enough good things about my experience and about Deniz Dunson and her ability to help other home buyers in their search for a perfect home.
