        The appointment was rescheduled 4 times and I have yet to have an intake appointment. Staff was unable to view documents on their system so I was again turned away. 10 minutes after leaving, they were able to find the documents

        Having been technically challenged I've been working so hard trying to get a zoom my counselor meant that much to me I went through all the frustration all the crying and now we're on a different Vsee some other virtual other than zoom now I have to learn something totally new and all it is has been is problems it's kind of hard doing the therapy cuz I'm trying to do with all these problems I have had a not a good experience
