Got a $12.30 bill from their Eugene office 5 months after hospital stay in Tualatin. No explanation as to what the charge was related to. Called the Eugene number countless times---no answer. Finally reached a salesperson (by accident) who had their central billing contact me. Customer rep gave me the same story they have told customers for past several years, i.e. "We're trying to get senior management to add a description of charge but so fat they won't do it." Said she would sent me billing showing their charge to Medicare and the difference of what I owed. Never received anything. Now, they want to charge a late fee, still not showing what the money I supposedly owe is for. Contacting Medicare and hospital to file complaint---strongly suspect these folks are scamming people for extra dollars.

You cannot get anyone to answer the phone or call you back. They send out billing late with no description on the bill as to what it is for and expect you to pay it. Strange and super frustrating! I seriously wonder if this is a scam which is why I looked up the company and found this site. Looks like many others share the same experience. Do better!

HORRENDOUS customer service. Got a bill in the mail for legit charges for my wife. She tried calling by phone-- no answer all week at Eugene or Wilsonville despite her leaving messages each day. Paid online, didn't work-- once the page refreshed, there was no indication from the website that payment had been received and no confirmation email. For the next couple weeks she continued to call both Wilsonville and Eugene to pay bill over phone. No responses despite voicemails being left. Finally called Tualatin office and thank goodness someone answered. She mentioned that they've been having some issues-- took my wife's info down to relay info to billing manager so billing manager will call. Hoping to receive that phone call in next 1-2 business days. Disclaimer-- I could have paid by mail but I don't trust that anymore.

Breast pump provided us to Idaho, but being charged by Eugene OR? Why do we have liberals running stuff for us in Idaho? This company is incompetent. They never filed a claim with our insurance, and our insurance said the breast pump should be covered. So Ive called probably 20 times over a 3 month period, and theyve only called back once (when I was in a work meeting). And now they are sending letters to threaten a fee because we havent paid yet. This is what happens when you let liberals in charge. What a joke! We will never pay the $350 though. File a claim, you lazy bums.
