Doctor Li is aloof, not personable. I had problems with the inhalers, and he did nothing to help. His office manager and one front office staff are rude. I would never go back. Typical arrogant small town behavior. No professionalism.

Its been great for my sons allergys and asthma. Results are great and would recommend. I am disappointed with their scheduling of 15 min blocks. I also do not like that if youre late appointments need rescheduled but sometimes the doctor is 10 min behind. Hypocritical policy for the customers to automatically get faulted but the healthcare provider gets a pass on their own timeliness and gets paid for it by the patient. The staff never answer the phone either so if youre 5 min late and call ahead of time no one will answer.

My 4 year old had an appt this morning and it was absolutely wonderful start to finish. I felt she was really well taken care of.

Doctor I saw was in a rush to get me out, interrupted me when I was answering questions. Worst experience I've ever had at a provider's office. I guess I will get a referral to someone who gets enough breaks and sees less patients so they have the energy to even pretend to care.
