I would not use this practice. 19 days after my pcp referred me to them, I called and was told that I wasn't accepted as a patient.

Ive been a patient for over 5 years and their front office lady and medical assistants are always very kind and helpful as is Dr. Braun! Shes also flexible with schedule and doesnt want you to take every drug on the market for your symptoms and respects your choices as the patient.

My primary physician recently referred me to Eugene Rheumatology via fax to review my blood work. My primary physician's initial fax was lost by Eugene Rheumatology and they denied receiving the fax. I then had to request my physician re-fax my blood work to Eugene Rheumatology again. Eugene Rheumatology then called me to say they received the 2nd fax and would call me in the coming weeks to schedule my appointment. Two months passed and they never called me. I called this week to again check the status of my appointment with Eugene Rheumatology and their office denied ever receiving the 2nd fax and requested my physician re-fax my blood work for a 3rd time. I contacted my physician today to cancel any further referrals to Eugene Rheumatology and requested a new referral to a competent, professional rheumatologist office in Portland, Oregon. Is this really the best rheumatology service in Eugene? Unbelievable.
