Terrible since Optum / United Health Group took over. No wonder doctors want out of the practice. Its all about the money.

bad doctors, angry people, discharge patients without warning, doctors are all clones. The people working at the desk are saints and all wonderful, is the only saving grace. Predatory practices towards individuals with disabilities.

I call at 2pm, they wasted my time all day and then I call 30 minutes before they close to see why I didn't get a call back? They tell me "Ill go check back and talk with your doctor, you ok if we call back at this number" I say that's fine. 20 minutes later I call back and wait long enough on hold they close and I get sent to off hours call. Then she sends me to someone else who informs be that every time you call us, you placed at the back of the work orders of the doctor. I'm so upset about there entire demeanor. Plus the off hours lady was a really rude person didn't care at all about me or showed any effort to be kind.
