Ok, I'm not ok with my doctor telling me one thing and doing another. Its not like my refill wasn't due, and with this earache, I've been awake all damn night. Wasted my time going to urgent care. I really would appreciate my doctor doing the things he said he would, then I wouldn't be sitting here in pain and unable to sleep.

I think the care I receive here is fair value. They are one of the few clinics that will accept the kind of insurance that no other clinic takes, like straight Medicare. They do not bill the Medicare differential. The care is good, but a bit slow. Unless you have really great insurance, like State employees, you need to keep your expectations realistic and moderate. Wait times are not bad. I had to wait 3 months for my first appointment, but Peace Health said it would be 12-14 months.

I feel like in the past couple of years sensitivity training has increased with doctors. Leah Carnine (who has since left, and will be dearly missed!) and Shehab El-Hashemy have been wonderful to work with. I've never felt rushed here, even for short-notice visits (and I don't imagine that's because of hospital policy, I know how thin you guys are stretched). Front desk staff is also consistently lovely. Shout out to you guys. Feeling especially grateful to have providers who treat me well after another very kind physician ended his life recently. Hoping everyone is OK and hoping for businesses to stop running skeleton crews. We need good doctors. You're appreciated.

What a team. I don't have the vocabulary to relay how exceptional these folks are or the knowledge to explain how even though everything looks like one could easily be forgiven for burning out, these folks seem genuinely and personally motivated to help( at what must be great personal sacrifice) these people somehow managed to genuinely hear me and find a method to tease out an interpretation for what I don't have the capacity to relay. Several other primary care providers in the area that I've tried left me feeling like a victim to a broken system talking to another victim of that broken system; a once hopeful care provider that went into the industry to help.
