        Always leave upset/ unsatisfied from this clinic recommend booking at Springfield location if youre able to, theyre very friendly and helpful when feeling overwhelmed about anything

        I had tried to make an appointment about concerns with my birth control. The phone operator was very cavalier and just didn't care. They gave me an appointment so far back that it wouldn't be helpful and would actually cause more issues. I tried to ask to be put on a cancellation list if anybody canceled an appointment and they told me there was no way to do that.

        They wont answer the door 15 min before they close so they can leave right at 6 which is supposed to be their closing time. Pretty unhelpful especially on a Monday when I couldn't come for the past two days.
