Was contacted by cdr because place of work wanted to mediate a dispute. Learned that the manager of work, who was the person I had dispute with, used to be one of cdr's corporate officers. They did not disclose this. When I called them out, and said they would be called as witnesses in lawsuit, the mediator went and told my manager that I "threatened" him (didn't mention that the threat was about a subpoena). My manager then filed a report saying she had to cancel the mediation because I threatened the mediator. When I spoke with the director of cdr to complain, he basically said that my complaint against a mediator was proof that I was the problem, because the mediator clearly meant no harm. And they barely knew my manager, she was only their treasurer so they rarely saw her. (They only trusted her with their finances, that's all. They weren't friends or anything.) All of this - every action they took- was contrary to mediation ethics and procedures. It was also corrupt, and then they doubled down to cover their you-know-what. I wouldn't trust them to mediate a dispute. I wouldn't trust them to do anything that required honesty or integrity. They are self-serving, and commit fraud for their cronies. Please be clear- I write this publicly, with no fear that they will take legal action for defamation. Because... It's not defamation if it's true.

I have been involved in multiple mediations throughout my 20 years of construction. This was definetly the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
