        Terrible customer service from sales representative Hungcy. Was interested in a vehicle from the used car selection and was communicating back and forth via text with Hungcy. I live 3 hours away from this dealership , Hungcy said to come in to work out the details. The car wasnt even on the lot it was at the sister location . Then come to find out the vehicle was currently being sold to someone else. Of course we drove to the sister location, 15 minutes away. As I pull in the lot I see the vehicle I drove 3 hours to purchase, now sold and driving away . I went inside to speak with the sales representative and was informed that he was working the deal to sell that vehicle since this MORNING!!! Hungcy has terrible customer service and is only interested in meeting his quotas . He clearly has no respect my time. He even tried to show me a vehicle that was completely different then what I was looking for. Hungcy was your typical car salesman just trying to get you in the door. DO NOT see Hungcy if you want to be treated with respect . Cash paying customer giving my business elsewhere .
