As the benefits administrator for my office, I have had the absolute pleasure of working with the Eugene branch of Ward Insurance. While every employee I've spoken with has been an absolute pleasure, Robin M. is the one that stands out to me the most. When I call to ask questions, she always answers. She responds to emails almost instantaneously and is willing to find multiple ways to explain different concepts so all of my staff understands what their benefits entail. If you're working on renewing your company's benefits, there is no one else you want working with you. She is thorough with an exceptional attention to detail.
