Very very poor assistance. I Was told many times they would get back to me about a death policy i was dealing with for a family member who passed away. I even emailed them and still no response. I Finally called and a receptionist was able to get me some answers. Im Still not informed exactly on the policys closing $. Poor record keeping also Very disappointed and i will not be using them for ANY money transactions/policy transactions

This company is very genuine, really looking at the big picture. Our agent has made it a priority to come and check up on us and make sure we are in a good position. He was able to find solutions for our position and, overall has saved us a lot of money. Very thankful they called me and told me what they can do for me.

This Eugene office NEVEr answers their phone even calling numerous times a day over a period of months. When the rep came when I finally got a hold of them they were lousy asked way too many personal questions Have gone back to the Portland office
