From the start Sharaya and her team been really good to us. They are honest, reliable, and has the best customer service that weve experienced for our insurance needs. They always helped us out in any questions that we had and answered in a timely manner. They treat you like how you would want to be treated. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sharaya is a kind agent and strong advocate. When the Lexis/Nexis database inaccurately reported that a family member had a bad driving record, we were with a different Farmers agent. Our rates doubled. Months of asking for help from the other agent (Anthony Core) = no help. Cores office says they understood it was an error but they couldnt do anything about it because that is the database Farmers uses to set your rates. Switched to Sharaya! She contacted Lexis/Nexis and they corrected the error. Thanks to Sharaya! She rocks.

Im a stay at home dad who decided to help my wife with our son at his birth. We were only making 20,000 a year at the time! So I decided to drive for a delivery service! Well I uploaded my insurance card because this company doesnt provide insurance to its drivers! So I called a Farmers insurance agent to enquirer as to me and my wifes policy! I specifically explained to Farmers insurance I needed a full coverage policy to cover me for the full ride! I asked the agent whether they had such a policy she said yes! I just need to add Ride Share endorsement! On 5/28/22 I got into an auto accident! Well I called my insurance company and they said I had ride share and should be covered under my policy! So evidently the adjuster said I told her I was driving for my company and using my car as a business! So Farmers then explained that the Ride Share endorsement wasnt designed to cover my company which didnt provide insurance! Finally she tried to explain it only covers you while roaming! Now I know most people trust their insurance provider has best interest of clients in mind but not Farmers! They denied my claim twice based only on my statement and not any legal evidence! I got a 25,000 dollar bill in the mail from Geico! Still have 7000 dollars in damages to my car! I have had a collection agency come after my license and my registration of my car because they say I didnt have insurance! Farmers insurance has severely damaged my financial life and families stability in life! Its adjusters and agents seem not to care people by insurance because people die in auto accidents. They keep demanding I prove what I was doing and I cant! Me and my wife had full coverage policy on two cars that were paid off years ago! So if your looking for an honest insurance agency dont choose Farmers!
