Highly recommended. Wonderful breakfast that is cooked on site. Great staff.

So I stayed at the Timbers inn only for one night while visiting the University of Oregon. The room was nice both the sheets on both beds smelled like they never dried (wet). Having those sheets inches from your nose all nights is not a pleasant experience. The following day during breakfast the lady in charge of setting up the food was kinda rude, as if bothered to do her work.

I stayed at the Timbers Inn for 4 nights while attending a conference on the UO Campus. It was perfect - comfortable, clean, no frills. My room was simple but clean, the bed was firm, shower pressure was good, the fridge worked, and the cleaning staff came every day. The lobby is a charming space to hang out, with comfy chairs and a little fire place. Front desk staff was flexible and helpful. Breakfast was standard buffet breakfast fare. It was a pleasant walk to campus every day, although there are also buses nearby.

Nice update to rooms. Good breakfast. Considerate staff. Traffic noise is ever present (I live in a super quiet location, so urbanites may not notice. Didn't feel comfortable walking the area at night to restaurants.
