University Inn & Suites Eugene

Very budget friendly but felt safe and comfortable. We took a Lyft to near downtown for less than $10, so location is definitely ideal. The view of U of O basketball stadium across the street was cool too. Comfy bed. Usually sleep with earplugs so didnt hear the noise, such as through the walls, but did notice it before going to bed. So bring earplugs if thats an issue. Breakfast provided basics: coffee, juice, muffins, cereal, and some apples. Bathroom is indeed small. The sink area is outside of the room with the toilet and shower, though, that there would be plenty of room and space to get ready. Nice soap pumps in the shower. We were happy and well rested without having to spend over $100 for the night :) front office was friendly too!

My flight was canceled and I couldnt leave until the next day soI was looking for an inexpensive place that was clean and quiet and pleasant. This met all my criteria. Got up & had their free breakfast which was perfectly fine. I would definitely stay here again if Im in Eugene

University inn is located across the street from the university. The bed was so comfortable, the temperature was easy to control, and it was quiet. I slept so well! It was easy and convenient to Uber to local establishments (Bartini and Beppa and Gianni's). The managers were friendly, visible and available throughout the evening. The pool isn't open yet; it's outside, next to the office and contained within the parking lot. We parked right in front of our room, which had all of the amenities. In the morning, coffee, bagels, cereal, fruit were available in the office with seating available (I let my roommate sleep in). Welcome to Eugene, Oregon! Nearby activities: The Country Fair, the university, Mt Shasta, the office has fliers... Safety: I never felt safer when traveling; the night manager (Ben) was friendly, visible, and seemingly omnipresent. Walkability: University inn is across the street from the university stadium. Uber transportation is available, within ten minutes, everywhere we went.
