Hot Spring Spas of Eugene

I own a spa that my Dad bought in 1996. From Hot Spring Spas. Now, I am blessed to own the spa.This spa is almost 30 years old. Hot Spring Spas has done an incredible job, of finding the parts to keep my old Spa working! Which I am beyond blessed and so very much appreciate this. I am on Disability from a bad car accident ! So every $1.00 matters. Plus soaking in the spa everyday is HUGE for me. Grant was the technician, who came out to my house. Grant is very knowledgeable and friendly! Grant did a fantastic job getting my spa back to working. I really appreciate it. Plus, here is the really amazing part. The office called and said Grant was on his way, and would be there in about 30 minutes. Grant arrives like in 28 minutes. (Folks this is unheard off. what is Comcast, like we will see either A.M. / P.M. lol. ) The reason I am telling you all of this is because. Once you buy a spa from Hot Springs Spa. You will have a business that will treat you like family and go above and beyond, to keep your spa working! The owner Scott, went above and beyond in making sure, that I felt like I am part of the family! I am extremely blessed ! Give Hot Spring Spas your business you will be glad you did ! Grant was amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable and had my hot tub sparkling like new by the time he left. Highly recommend.

We have nothing but good things to say about Hot Springs Spa. Lisa helped us with the selection process and follow up, and she is knowlegable and was wonderful throughout the process. The delivery team was equally amazing. They were on time, efficient, and did a great job. The hot tub itself is great. We haven't had it long, but have had no problems with it. We bought the Flair, and I love that it's a deep tub, deeper than our last one, so I can soak up to my neck when I sit in the tub. It's a great design and despite that it's made for several people to be able to fit into, it works out just perfect for two of us.

Our spa sprung a leak so i called Hot Springs Eugene. Scott quickly responded to our cry for help. We were back in business and enjoying our spa in no time at all. Thanks to Scott, Adam, and Maya for taking good care of us!

I purchased a hot tub from Hot Springs Of Eugene 4 years ago and prior to that relied on their service and expertise for a hot tub I inherited with a home I bought. They are a long established business, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Recently I had HSOE arrange to move my hot tub to my son's home and the move was smooth and quick and the 2 fellows who did the job were wonderful. I don't often write reviews because I tend to be a little "picky" about sales and service but I have no reservations about wholeheartedly recommending Hot Springs of Eugene. I recently bought a new 2 person hot tub from HSOE and wonderful Maya was my salesperson. J Grant delivered the tub and was so patient and knowledgeable. A really gentle guy who took all the time I needed to explain the workings. I want to let you know that my body really appreciates the hot tub and the arthritis is easier to cope with because of it.
