Besides walking into a builder's hobby shop, the service was great. The two ladies in front were very responsive and called me the next day to say they had located the correct parts for my cabinet repair!
I was able to pick them up and now I have a project
to finish tonight .....Thanks for the Great Service !

Great hardware selection. The owner suffers from Monopoly Syndrome. She knows that shes the only show in town so she can afford to treat her customers disrespectfully. Sad. The rest of the staff is patient and actually help their customers.

Very poor customer service. We were told that we needed our old hardware in order to buy new hardware. We didn't have the hardware in the first place. That's why we went there. The woman that we talked to was very rude.
