Really bad haircut on Saturday. I have a short fro and was told they do black hair, it was horrible.

I went in for a silk press and trim. Throughout the time I had my hair straight my hair was consistently breaking to the point I wondered if I would be left with any. After washing my hair the amount of heat damage I have in my hair is no laughing matter. I get my hair done 1-2 times a year to get it trimmed and I have never had this issue before. There are so many patches of root to end heat damage Im going to have to start all over. (Mind you my hair was between my shoulder blades to mid back length). I definitely wont be going back.
