The team at NAV Creative is awesome. Super helpful in navigating some design issues I was having on my website I built on Squarespace - now it's exactly how I want it. I have been working with Brent & Jo Studio since February 2021 and I absolutely love their work, professionalism and creative designs. Jo is very knowledgeable in graphic and coding and has incorporated such great design elements for my website and other graphic projects. This company gets it and I am so happy I found them.

Brent and Jo Studio has been amazing. I started my website 2 years ago with lots of starts and stops because I didn't quite know what I was doing so I finally hired these great people to help me finish it and teach me what I needed to know to maintain it. I've worked with a lot of web developers and designers over the years and frankly I've had some nightmare-ish experiences and the "good" ones were adequate at best. But from the moment I reached out, they were responsive, accommodating and friendly. And once we started to work on the site, I couldn't have asked for a better experience because they really listened. Any question or problem that came up, they answered quickly, even supplying me a personalized video to show me how to do something (thank you so much Caelen) and the design works perfectly (thank you Mali). In a world where customer service is hit or miss, it was wonderful to work with a business who "gets it". Bravo to them!
