Working with Mark and Sheila and their crew was a very positive experience. Mark understood my requests to wash, stain, and seal my log home and shop. We searched long and hard to find someone qualified to refinish the exterior of our log home. We found Oregon Log Home Care via a web search. We are delighted with both the results and the experience. From the start, we could tell we were working with experienced professionals who knew log homes. We received a prompt response to our initial inquiry. Mark set up a site visit appointment and he showed up when he said he would. The bid came shortly after. We signed a contract in April and received an estimated start date for August. The team showed up on the exact date as the original estimate. From the get-go, we could tell that the entire team knew what they were doing. They were skilled, but also courteous, respectful, and organized. And they worked long and hard in some very hot weather. As we said earlier, we are delighted with the results. We are planning to sign up with Oregon Log Home Care for an ongoing maintenance program.

I used Cascade Roof Care years ago (2017?) to rid my roof of moss and they did a great job.  I just called them back (I waited too long!) a few months ago for the same service, and I gotta say, these guys are great.  I have a huge house and it took them one day.  Also, please note that they use a completely non-toxic solution unlike several other places I called.  I have copper gutters and all conventional moss killers make "pinholes" in copper.  The crew was delightful, respectful and they cleaned up very thoroughly.  They have to pressure wash the entire roof as I have some kind of concrete tile roofing system.  They have an annual service which I'm completely on board with from now on.  I highly recommend Cascade Roof Care.  You won't be disappointed!
