West Avenue Furniture

I live in Baltimore. This store is in Eugene Oregon. A and a half ago. I bought a very nice recliner from them which they shipped to me very quickly. Recently the recliner stopped reclining. It turned out to be just a loose connection in the wiring. West Avenue was wonderful with customer service both for the purchase and for the troubleshooting on the chair. It now works perfectly. I would highly recommend, this store to anyone who wants to buy furniture even at a distance. Truly wonderful people to deal with.

Ive had a good experience with them in the past. However, recently, I bought a clearance item from them. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected job change before the item was delivered and I called to cancel the order, as it had not been delivered yet. They refused to make an exception to cancel my order. I write this just to say, make sure you read all the terms of your order before you purchase with them and know that even if they could do the right thing with the gray area situations, they wont.
