        Bad business practices, unprofessional. Ordered an arrangement for my mother for V-day, flowers and chocolate, used web site. Didn't put a note (had sent card via snail mail). Got a call asking if I was sure I didn't want a note (thank you for checking!) and I said no, no card needed. Was asked if I wanted a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered (?), I said no, because I trust you to deliver a nice arrangement at $85+15 shipping to drive a couple miles with

        Taby created the perfect Christmas center piece for me! I just cant wait to use it this weekend! She also worked with me on my budget which was a huge win for me. Oh!!! and when I was wrong about a miscommunication she made me feel so comfortable. I cant imagine going through any other florist! She was prompt and pleasant! Her shop is so cute; even if youre in the area you should pop in! Thank you Taby!!!

      Paul, I am sorry Flowers by Taby was not able to meet your expectations on this order for your mom. V-Day was exceptionally busy and I apologize for the miscommunication of not delivering the chocolates with the roses. Per our phone conversation you stated your mom had diabetes and didn't need the chocolates anyway. In regards to the partial refund, I offered to venmo you the $10 but you told me not to bother. We value our clients as well as their feedback. I will make sure "my ducks are in a row" going forward. Thanks and have a blessed day. Taby
