      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand that it can be frustrating when expectations are not met. It’s important for clients to read the proposal in full as well as consultants’ terms & conditions from any company they decide to work with. Reviewing and discussing changes in scope or deliverables is crucial. It’s important to ensure that any changes are captured in writing, either as a revised proposal before the start of the project or as an Engineering Change Notice (ECN) during the project’s progression. This protects the client so that the agreed upon deliverables are provided and helps communicate those changes in the project direction. We appreciate the reminder of making sure everyone is on the same page when beginning a new project.
