I asked Jim to come out to my house to finish installing a dryer outlet that I had started to do and chickened out on. He came out the very same day. I was interested and curious about the wiring and installation, and he explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. Jim is an amazing person; he put up numerous fans in our home and cleaned up after the previous owners who left live wires exposed.
