Kyle Edmonds Attorney At Law

Kyle Edmonds is a joke for a attorney. Kyle has represented two close family members and both times he was fired from the case and Kyle made it very difficult to receive a partial refund of the retainer. It's very possible Kyle may have a drinking problem as I can not explain his bazaar behavior. Lost documents, re-sending documents because he can't remember that he already sent them, etc. Etc. There is a very good reason he is available and the other attorney's are not........think about it.

He's not listed on the Oregon State Bar website, and he doesn't show a Bar membership number on his website. Is he allowed to practice without being a member? We had a bad experience with him. He wouldn't respond to us for months, then called the night before the court date to ask questions. At the courthouse he was still asking questions about what we wanted.

Kyle is a great salesperson, he will sell you on how good he is in court, what he feels the outcome of your case will be, and his timelines for getting things completed. But I promise you will only find yourself frustrated, alone, and walking around with a much lighter wallet if you choose to put the faith of your case in Kyle.Over 6 weeks went by and nothing got completed. Kyle has missed every single timeline he sold me on, he lied about getting things to the court on time, and then he stopped replying altogether. No phone calls, no more emails, no voicemails. Nothing. I did receive one last reply from Kyle, but that was only after threatening to go to the Oregon State Bar for negligence. His response was a document for me to sign. A document that I had already signed weeks prior and that he promised would be uploaded to the court system when I had initially signed it. Then he apologized that he could not find the original copy. He still has my retainer though...that little task he took care of right away. OSB has my complaint now since Kyle has cut off all communication. Sadly, I am sure that I am not the only one.Kyle, I don't know if you will even read this since you don't appear to care anymore, but your professionalism really needs some help.
