This Dental outfit doesn't even deserve one star but had to just to be able to post the review!! Spoke to two other people including my own mother who won't go back due to outrageous prices and poor people skills. Wouldn't waste my time folks:(

This clinic used to be good. In past years I believe they have had changes to their staff and administration and now they run this clinic for profit first. Beware of all of the ways they find to increase your bill and recommend procedures that are not needed. They charge for everything including releasing your records which you paid for! Do not go here.

I am owed a refund of $125. After waiting over a month with no word, I called and was told I had to wait another week or two until Corp in California had their meeting. After waiting two more weeks I called again and was told the billing manager (Louise) would call me back. She didn't. Four days later, I called again, and was told that the person who cuts the checks had been in a car accident and nobody else could issue the refund. After nearly two months, no refund here. I am sure keeping a client's money for over two months is illegal. Is this really a legitimate business in Eugene?
