What is there to say except that these guys are honest, hard working and they very much care about the qualifications the of their work. They repaired a f nice of ours that blew down after some stony winds. I dont know how they did it, but the fence looked much better after their repair than before it blew down. Were strongly considering asking them to do deck repairs for us and other jobs that may side.

I had the guys come out and build a security gate and fence outside my business to prevent bums from stealing our copper wires. They did the job very quickly and cheaper than quoted! No more copper wires stolen! They were very friendly and informative on what hardware to use. I will definitely be using them again.

Austin and Hayden saved the day! After noticing some discoloring and what seemed to be a leak in my master bathroom, I had it looked at by a few professionals only to find out that I was being taken advantage of. I called up Balanced Home Improvement for a look at it and a bid to repair the work. After a look at it, the work to be done was more than the others had mentioned. Im sure glad that I made the right call having Austin and Hayden perform the repairs needed. They were thoughtful during the entire process, showed clear detail in their scope of work, provided excellent communication during the process and in the end I have a repaired bathroom like it never even happened!

I have been a licensed contractor myself and always appreciate the contractors that I encounter who really impress me with their paperwork, reliability, and most importantly their quality of work. My project was about $7.000 and Balanced Home Improvement, LLC did an excellent job and impressed me with all the qualities I referenced above. We maintained an excellent relationship throughout the project and I had both Ed and Austin over to my home for cocktails after the project was done. I really recommend this company highly! Dwight A.
