Great experience all around! We built our first home and trusted Eric and his team every step of the way. We started the experience during the pandemic and there were many barriers presented to us. Eric and his team made sure to keep our best interest in mind. Throughout the process we had to make some changes and we always felt that he gave us his best opinion and recommendations. Eric is very easy to work with and made our first experience of building a home a lot easier than I think it couldve been. Not only is our house, a beautiful custom quality built home that we cherish forever, weve also gained friendship with Eric. Eric, owner of Gemstone Builders and his crew came to my rescue when my bathroom flooded from the second story. The damage was extensive, Erics crew replaced walls, wood flooring, the downstairs ceiling, carpet and more. They were awesome and did an A-1 job. I would hire them without hesitation!
