We installed a new POS system at our restaurant and we were very thankful for Erik's expertise. He made sure we were setup properly with the dedicated ethernet ports and dedicated outlets for the new system to function. And he communicated with our contractor to insure it was properly being setup with the right wiring. We felt confident on install day and everything went smoothly switching from old computer system to new system. I highly recommend Erik for all IT and computer system needs!

My old HP desktop computer (ca 2012) died. At first it lost function, then wouldn't even turn on. A trusted friend recommended Erik. He picked it up at my home (fortunately I have a laptop to use in the meantime). He diagnosed the trouble and I gave him the go-ahead to replace the likely part. This allowed him to get it running again, but the old computer operating software would no longer update. Erik was able to extract all of my documents and programs, though. He recommended a few different replacement computer makes/models based on my usage, one of which I ordered. When it arrived Erik picked it up and proceeded to set it up and transfer all of my information to it. He also connected my printer and made sure all vital software worked, changed certain settings to my liking, and shared much valuable info. with me for future operation. His fee was very reasonable, in fact the combined cost of the new computer and the consult fee was well below expectation. This has been a flawless experience, and I heartily recommend Erik.
