Very helpful. I had water damage to my computer and they were able to replace the problem area under 10 minutes for a very reasonable cost after being told from various other places that it was not fixable or cost an absurd amount of money for just a diagnostic. I highly recommend.

I went to get my MacBook Pro battery serviced/replaced as it kept dying super quickly and each time I opened up my laptop. my mouse broke and they fixed it. however, my 2013 macbook air that has always been extremely reliable and never acted up now acts more like a 2017 macbook that was built with the intention of eventually dying out. what i love about my super old laptop is that it was made in the apple era where stuff wasnt made to eventually stop working. my laptop has never had a SINGLE issue and has always blocked ads. it now fails to block ads and dies at 30 or even 40%. im not sure what they did to it, but nothing i do will ensure ads are blocked and the battery life is just screwed. im honestly so upset. do not go here if you have an older, reliable laptop.

For only $60 dollarsMy experience at Mac Tonic was like stepping back, or stepping forward, into a realm when the world seemed to work like it should again. Tyler checked my old computer in, I was fully expecting it might be time to bite the bullet and purchase again. With little funds that had me concerned. Next day I was called with the great news that by computer was fixed and then some. Id been using my 2017 Mac with a mouse for longer than I can remember due to a malfunction years ago. Lo and behold not only was Tyler able to retrieve all of my erased information and make my computer function again as if it were young and spry, he reconnected my track pad and my computer works like new again.
