This office has cared for me for over a year now. Ive never felt so connected to my doctor & staff before I came here but now I do. They are tender with me knowing my mental state is shaky at its finest. I feel heard regarding my pain and hardships. I didnt fully realize how cold some of my former doctors were until I came to Dr. Roberts. Even the triage nurse Patrick was amazing taking my calls and getting my prescriptions sent in after hours. Also I saw another doctor here one time when mine wasnt available and he was also great. Made me laugh. Name was Dr.Goodjer. He had lots of notes to work with about my health and was quickly up to speed. Thanks for all

I have been to a few other clinics over the years and this one is the best so far. My doctor is friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities are very nice. They seem to have everything needed at the clinics, no need to run all over the place for tests and whatnot. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but when you get into the clinic it is huge and well stocked with equipment. I am extremely satisfied.

I give this low rating to the clinic system overall for only 1 reason: their ridiculous, system-wide, centrally-operated, overtaxed phone system that makes contact almost impossible. There is one phone number and one central phone bank that takes ALL calls for ALL the Community Health Centers of Lane County. It is always "experiencing higher call volume than normal" which, of course, is a lie because "higher than normal" call volume is normal for this system. It often takes several calls, and waiting on hold for ten minutes just to make an appointment, reschedule, or ask for a referral. And then there is about a 25% chance they'll never get back to you about a referral. Because of this utterly ridiculous system, many of us don't get the care we need. This system must be changed. It is so bad that it reduces the quality of care by half because that's how often we don't get care at all because of this asinine system.
