        The manager at this place harassed a journalist who was minding his business on public property for taking video. It's a right citizens have to take video in public. A customer kindly waved and smiled at the cameraman but the manager got into the journalist face and was blocking him and saying things like " don't record that license plate". That manager is not completely right in the head.
