I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Ticknor. I had been dealing with terrible plantar fasciitis for about 8 months when I went it to him. I'd tried almost everything, and while it had been getting better, I still couldn't just go on a walk without pain, I had stopped hiking, and every day my feet hurt. Especially in the mornings. It hurt so bad. After one appointment my feet felt 60% better and I was able to start walking 2-4 miles per day. Before that I could maybe walk a mile and a half but it would hurt the whole time, I'd pay for it later for days, and I would have to wait several days to take a walk again. After four appointments it was 90% better. I'm still having to stretch frequently and do some things to help my body readjust to being off for so long, but I'm in such a different place. In addition to how much he has helped heal, I appreciate that he is kind and gentle and willing to talk with me about what he is noticing in my body and how he is working on it.

There really is no way to explain the work Dr. Ticknor does. But the effect of his work is incredible. It is non-invasive, subtle, and powerful. He has helped my body heal from extremely painful injuries in just a few sessions. He is the only chiropractor I will see now, and I have been to a handful of chiropractors over the last 30 years.

I have been seeing Dr. Ticknor for many years and for many different conditions. He has never failed to alleviate or completely correct the problem. The non-force technique is amazing. Warning: You may not believe at first that it is working. The technique is subtle and it may take a day or two to notice results. Don't mistake the lack of bone cracking as a sign that nothing is happening. This is a no pain, tremendous gain option.
