        As a long-time runner in the local area, I've heard many great comments about John Legat over the years. However, I hadn't tried him out until just recently. This guy is a class act. He really cares about people and wants to see them get better. I ended up having an injury requiring surgery, but John was the person making referrals for me and problem solving to get to the root of my issues (something he really didn't have to do). Having the experience I've had, I consider him a friend and really appreciate everything he's done. No wonder I've heard so many great things over the years. Thanks so much for all your help John!
