I like Dr. Jagels. She is focused and thinking of my entire health during my appointment time with her.
The biggest problem I'm having is with the patient portal.
Also, as with about everywhere else, OIH could use more employees. Which they are currently in process of hiring.

...Where do I begin. This is by far thee worst clinic EVER. No organization the front desk people are highly uncaring. (Lady walks in 11 MINUTES late and the guy says: you're going to have to wait again [months!] She tried calling ahead of time and the front desk guy said they don't have a phone. What?? First red flag. The medical staff have a "screw it" mentality." When asking the front desk about any questions, his basically "idk lol". Doctor was great though

1 star is 1 star to many ever since they lost dr randa kuzi they really suck in the last 3'years they have made about 8 appointments for me and canceled all but 1 and that waasteleconference if you are in Eugene and need a good dr look up Randa kuzie best dr in Eugene

Love Amanda Aldrich but NO ONE at this clinic will return your call. Literally. I called billing over a month ago and 3x since, leaving voicemail after voicemail and an email. No response. I called the clinic to schedule and can't get in to see Amanda for 3 months. My son scheduled an appointment and logged on 10 minutes early using their text link. He sat there for 20 minutes, and no one showed up. He kept trying to call the clinic and no one answered. He called scheduling the following day and she said "we don't know why no one showed" then told him he can reschedule but it will be late April (it's January). OMG.....UNORGANIZED gross mess of a clinic!!! This is hands down the worst clinic I have encountered!!! Like I said, we love Amanda but NOT this clinic!! They absolutely give zero cares about the patient care.

I have been trying to get in to see doctor and they keep cancelling my appointments for over a year and a half I will be trying to get a different doctor as soon as I can
