Jeremy Prickel did our taxes, both personal and business, for years, and always with clear instructions. One year we had an amended return that would get us a significant return, but he did not tell us we needed to submit it ourselves in a hard copy. No instructions at all. Fifteen months later when we were still asking where the return was, he first told us. So I mailed it in and followed up with the IRS several times on the phone and in person about it. In the end, the IRS decided not to process the return, even though they acknowledged receiving it in time, because I did not have proof of mailing (this is legal in the 9th circuit), which Mr. Prickel also did not mention was required. Because it was not sent in for so long we did not have time to resend it so we lost the refund.

I want to recommend this group of CPAs to my enemies, my ex-boyfriends, and all of my haters!! They are the worst!! They will charge high rates for the worst service for your taxes and your business. They were so bad that I feel compelled to write this review.
If you want to be taken care of for your business taxes then RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is not the right place!! Mark was our CPA. He charged us $14,000 dollars to put us in the worst financial situation ever!!
We found a new cpa who confirmed that Mark made bad tax decisions for us. Consider yourself warned.

This place has totally gone downhill. Major internal confusion and miscommunication. Asked for internal Quickbooks help and never received during tax time. Never got journal entries to correct accounting in Quickbooks like I asked for. Service was great about 10 years ago.

I greatly appreciate all the help Carrie and her team have given me. I can send accounting and QuickBooks questions and they are quick to get back to me and help solve my issues. Grateful to be working with Jones & Roth!
