The only T-Mobile store you should go to in town (besides the new one in Costco thats about to open). The others are all franchises and wont be honest about their stock of phones if you tell them youre upgrading. This store, on the other hand, is a corporate store and are very straightforward and incredibly helpful. I had several employees specifically who were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond: Kiandre, Lance, Aaron, Nell, Eli, Jeremy. Ask for any of these folks and youll be in good hands- and honestly everyone there was super friendly and eager to help people, so really anyone you talk to will get you what you need. Lance, Nell, and Eli brought the franchise into about the other stores to my attention, and helped get the phone I need. Aaron and Jeremy physically went to several other stores to track down phones for my wife and I, and made sure we got what we needed. Kiandre was there through most of my setup and was incredibly generous and kind with my daughter, who is only 18 months old and had been getting very tired and bored of being there. I will only go see these folks going forward, and I highly recommend you utilize their knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness.
