I am extremely disappointed by the service and professionalism of this company, and would urge people to steer clear. We hired them to do bartending for us on our wedding night, and they hired first time bartenders and did not batch make cocktails as we had planned. As a result, the lines were incredibly long (our friends werent on the dance floor because they were in line), and the cocktails did not taste at all like they did during our tasting. We brought this up after the wedding and they agreed to give us a partial refund. This was over 9 months ago and they havent returned any of our calls or emails since then. They are clearly still operating but just avoiding us Its very unprofessional to provide a significantly subpar service and then not deliver on a promised refund (that was in writing). I really hate writing bad reviews for small businesses but given this is a customer service driven industry, this is just unacceptable behavior and I want others to know before deciding to continue with Sheild.

I reached out to Sheild back in April 2023 in regards to an event in August. I heard back via email from Kass who offered to give me a call. I was under the impression we had scheduled a call for a day or so later. That day came and went and no call from anyone at Sheild. I followed up via phone call a couple of days later and left a voicemail, which went unreturned. Disappointed with the lack of communication.
