used the manual wash on the far right.. no soap no matter how often I selected brush wash, high powered wash, etc. no attendant to bring this up.. charge back in progress.

Oh man.., $15 touch free gonna have to spend another $15 and hope like hell it will be better.

I had two separate issues with the car wash not working for me. Called the number and left a voicemail thinking no way would anyone get back to me and Id probably have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Well, I was wrong! No more than a few hours later someone (an AWESOME employee who deserves a raise) texted me and refunded both of my issues. They also asked about fixing the problem and which bay it was on. How freaking great!! Thank you!!
