Joy was a blessing to work with. After my dad had a collision and insurance deemed it a total loss. I helped my father look for a replacement pickup. Oregon Roads had his exact truck in a different color on their lot. I called and spoke to Joy and she was kind and well informed. I scheduled a day to meet her in Eugene with my father. The day came and we showed up to look at the truck. She was very honest about the truck. She didnt push us, let us take it on a test drive. After my evaluation on the truck with my father he decided he wanted to purchase it. We were open with her that insurance hasnt processed my dads truck yet and received payout but she was more than happy to fill out paperwork. We put a deposit on the truck. It took us two weeks sadly to finally get payout. We came back. Oregon roads held up to their word. I would gladly come back to them to purchase another vehicle. Thank you Joy and the Oregon Roads Team. My dad is very happy with his purchase.
