StateFarm referred Alacrity which forwarded me to a general contractor. GC vame to my home for an estimate and to view damages. Aaron Builders was the GC, who talked a good game, but FAILED on their follow up to begin work on a large insurance claim. Back to square one. Contacted Alacrity to advise them of their less than reputable contractors, and was referred back to State Farm for the grievance. Alacrity won't even take responsibility for having below average contractors.

Has to be the worst business I have ever dealt with. They claim to handle claims against faulty work by Belfor (which is the 2nd worst business I ever dealt with) but after 9 months, I cannot get the regional manager or his supervisor to even answer the phone, let alone do anything to help me. I am put off continually, can't even call via the main number to try to get to anyone else because I am put on hold forever. My claim is languishing ini some system, and I assume they are simply hoping I give up.
