        Excellent in All aspects EXCEPT FOR ONE ISSUE. When picking up car after service I was informed a rear tire tread was at 3mm and needed replacing. The next day I took the car to the local Les Schwab for evaluation and possibly ordering new tires. Under my close supervision They measured all four tires at many spots on the tread and consistently got 7mm and an occasional 6 - but nothing close to what BMW measured. Very disappointed in BMW of Eugene in this regard. [EDITED TWO DAYS LATER] Received phone call response from BMW Eugene regarding my tire issue. They offered to send a driver in a loaner BMW 70 miles to my home, pick up our BMW, and take it back to shop to try to figure out how the error occurred. They promised to return car quickly and with a full tank of gas. I was surprised at this offer but after a discussion with the Service Rep we did conclude that there was little they could do to figure out how the measuring error occurred. I cannot think of anything else BMW of Eugene could have done in this matter - I will just chalk it up as a very mysterious fluke. BMW's response was about als good as one could possibly expect. I will readjust my three star rating to four starts and not five stars because regardless of how this error occurred, it did happen. Kudos to Service Rep for his response to me, though.
