DC Salon & Wigs

Very upset and disappointed by the poor business model and complete lack of customer service of this place. Several weeks ago my mom tried calling to get information about the salon and an appointment made for my grandmother to look at wigs. Every time we called no one answered the phone or returned our calls, finally my aunt tried doing it and she was able to get through and made an appointment for June 22nd at 1:30pm. My mom and I drive almost 2 hours from out of town to pick up my grandmother and drive her half an hour to the salon. My grandmother is in her 90s so this was a big outing and ended up being for nothing. We get there 10 minutes befor our scheduled appointment and the blinds are closed and the door is locked. We called, left voicemail, and sent text message to salon number. No response. After waiting for 20 minutes in the parking lot, and calling again, we left. Totally disenchanted and frustrated by this whole experience.

Is this place still in business? No one ever answers the phone nor have I ever been able to get into the business because the door is locked. I am a business owner. If I ran my business this way, I would have zero clients.
