These guys did an amazing job on my 22RE block. After my engine spun a bearing due to a poor previous rebuild, I went to Southworth for help. Not only did Scott assist me over the phone, but Randy went above and beyond to determine exactly what I needed, ensuring I didn't waste money unnecessarily. The work was completed in exactly three weeks as promised, and my bill was less than expected. They thoroughly cleaned and inspected my engine block, including the main lines which I thought needed honing but were within spec. I highly recommend these professionals for any machine work needs. I will be coming back with future projects.

Just got off the phone with Scott, super friendly and quoted me the most reasonable price in the area! I will definitely be turning my work over to them and look forward to the quality I have been told of. I think some of these reviews are misleading, so I will update my full experience once the work gets done.

Lack of communication and bad customer service. I brought two honda heads into this shop to be inspected and resurfaced. My parts had been there for 3 days and on Friday I decided to call and ask for an update. They told me each head was resurfacable, but they didn't do it and also weren't going to update me on the status of my parts. When I asked why they weren't going to update me they then said "ya know what, just come pick them up we don't want tour business." After that I told a different shop about the situation he said he would take me in same day.

Absolutely Terrible customer service. Asked why their service is so terrible these days when they used to be reputable and the Gung up on me. Not once but 3 times. Left our product out front instead of leaving it inside and didn't cover them at all. Absolutely worst machine shop around and never going back. What a waste of a good company.
