No problem with it at all other then annoying crackheads who live in the house across the street

The little man next door who says I'm a "Karen" refuses to leash his dog, even though it's a requirement of the complex. He's been written up several times and still refuses. He followed me to my apartment one day yelling at me about my expired vehicle tags, yet says I'm the crazy one. He was written up for harassment on that occasion and I'm told he's harassed other residents as well. The apartment manager reportedly has had to kick him out of her office on several occasions, one being when he refused to clear his deck for necessary maintenance work. He thinks he can intimidate me by posting my apartment number, banging on walls, or yelling at me. Me expecting people to follow rules doesn't make me crazy. Pretty simple. I pay $1,400 for a one bedroom apartment. That's a lot and I feel that amount should make for a nice community where rules are upheld, even by employees who are residents. Currently the maintenance man lets his cats roam outside all night (when it's freezing) where they walk on and scratch cars. Management told me it's because he adopted outdoor cats. Management also told me that yes, cats are supposed to be kept inside. If you live in a place that doesn't allow outdoor cats, don't adopt outdoor cats. Again, rules that exist but aren't upheld. I expect them to be upheld. If someone can tell me how that's wrong, I'm listening.

This is a follow-up review. The apartments are aesthetically nice. Since moving in, I have been dealing with tenants smoking on their patio. I've caught four different neighbors smoking on their patio. The problem continues to the point that I literally cannot open a window and let in fresh air to cool my third-floor apartment. It doesn't matter if it's 6:00 am or 11:00 pm, cigarette smoke is coming into my apartment. The worst culprit is an employee (the maintenance person) who will not stop and he simply tells them it's not him. Management will not do anything to enforce the rules. If you're a non-smoker, please do not move here.

So here's the thing..im on the third floor in the 4175 building and we actually have a karen next door to us. This woman will gripe and complain about anything..first of all my dog actually plays with the little girls across the street and the little girl downstairs..Karen is actually bold face lying and my wife and I have had it..Karen picks on our maintenence man who does a very thorough job and I've seen first hand the lengths he's gone not to offend Karen by where he smokes..maybe since we've been here long before you moved in and your so dissatisfied maybe Karen should just move..her accusations are now bordering harassment and I'd like Karen to actually prove my dog lunged and growled at anyone..well she can't because it never happened..get a life Karen apt.314 ..and I give karens apt. Number so everyone will steer clear of this crazier than bats___ woman..
