1/27/2022 Todd is knowable master of the Apple World. He has great patience with me, in showing how I can use the Apple products in a logical way. He is very good at his job, and others would benefit from his help. Have worked with him over two years.

In April of 1994, I saw a shiny blue Apple computer in a store display window on 6th Street in Grants Pass, OR. I entered the store and met Todd Derek. That was the beginning of a relationship with Apple and Todd that has just entered its' 26th year. We now know each other quite well both socially and professionally and there are copies of a lot of invoices from Todd in my 'Derek' mailbox since that time. Through it all, he has been a steadfast trainer, problem solver, consultant and friend. His knowledge base is more than solid; his integrity and dedication to customer service is unparalleled and he has the patience of Jobe. It is difficult to imagine where my knowledge and use of computers, pads, phones, etc. would be today if it were not for this great guy. Sure, he has lost some hair and gained a few pounds since 1994 but other than those unfortunate cosmetic events, he still serves my Family and me with commitment and loyalty. Hard to ask for more.
