Teri Steneck is very personable, professional, and organized. We were impressed by how expedient she was with the listing and reaching out to prospective buyers. Teri has many connections that were able to help us sell the properties quickly and to overcome obstacles we encountered. She even saved us some money in the process of readying the house for sale. The listing was complicated since it involved two properties and she was able to offer various options to buyers. The advertising photography was impeccable, and included a wonderful flyover video of the properties. Throughout the entire process Teri was in constant contact and always available to answer questions. She is a first-rate realtor and we highly recommend her!

We needed insight into Yamhill County real-estate from a far because we were trying to move to the area. Jessica and Teri were very helpful in relaying information on properties of interest then with the transaction of our purchase. In the end we secured a great property!
